- We simply need copies of the following documents which can be faxed to us at 480-895-2002. If the note or contract is serviced, we are able to obtain all of the information we need from the servicing company.
- Note and Deed of Trust, Land Contract, or Mortgage
- Closing or Settlement Statement
- Previous Title Insurance Policy
- Pay History
- Once we receive copies of the above documents, we will provide you with a final offer in writing. Our final offer is subject to approval of Title, Appraisal, and buyer’s credit.
- We handle all the processing of the transaction from here. You will receive your cash once we have received the appraisal and title report. This can take as little as 10-15 business days.
- We pay all Closing Costs!!!
